Bringing Together Similarly Successful Individuals
What is commonly referred to today as a “Mastermind Group”, was a concept originally introduced by Napolean Hill in his book from the 1920’s “The Law Of Success” and elaborated upon in his subsequent book in the 1930’s, “Think And Grow Rich”. He referred to these groups as a “Master Mind Alliance”.
Power Strategies For Success™ was started by Joe Maddalone in 2019 to bring similarly successful business owners and professionals together. Through these groups, individuals share their challenges, successes, and collective intelligence to elevate each other.
Stay focused and on track, provide peer accountability, navigate through challenges, collaborate to provide motivation and find answers, develop master strategies to scale, brainstorm new possibilities and opportunities, and much more.
Joe is a goal oriented, dedicated professional who uses his experiences, skills, training and passion to help his clients formulate a strategy for success. His professional expertise extends to both for-profit and non-profit organizations of many sizes. His passion drives him to assist businesses, teams and individuals re-build and grow professionally after challenging or life-altering events.

Although not a networking group, PSFS will enable you to create deep and lasting connections with incredible people who are similarly successful.
PSFS is for individuals who are serious about growing their business and who have the discipline to follow through.
PSFS is about collaboration. Through communication during meetings there is an exchange of ideas and advice helping everyone to elevate their respective businesses.
At each meeting one member of the group will have the “HOT SEAT”. This member will share a success as a learning tool or an issue the member is grappling with will be discussed and ideas shared.
Members in PSFS communicate
their goals and commitments. The group will help to crystallize those goals and hold each other ACCOUNTABLE. This leads to success in achieving those goals.

Joe Maddalone-Power Strategies is a business consulting and professional coaching firm, established in 2009. Joe has been a coach his entire life for his friends, partners, family and associates. He knows that focus, accountability and commitment are the keys to success in life, professionally and personally.
Simply stated: a business consultant is a problem solver; and a business coach helps set and achieve realistic business goals, leading to sustained success in the business and a rewarding life.

Working with Joe Maddalone in one on ones, as well as my 8 person PSFS group, has been life changing. My goal for my business has been growth, and though we have been very successful at it, there have been questions, bumps and hurdles. Being able to discuss my goals and concerns with Joe has enabled me to develop a plan, which allows me to focus on both long and short term objectives. The plan is malleable, since pivoting is sometimes important. Most importantly, he encourages me to base the plan on what I want, and not just on what I think will occur.
