How It Works

How It Works

The group will have 5 to 8 qualified members and meet monthly for 2 hours. The group will be run by the facilitator, Joe Maddalone. The facilitator will run each meeting, provide an agenda for each meeting and guide the members to dive deeply into discussions.

The agenda will consist of:
Introductory remarks by facilitator;
One member, each session, will be have the floor (hot-seat) to discuss a
challenge or success he/she has been dealing with;
This will be followed by a group discussion (brainstorming) regarding the hot seat topic, emphasizing support, collaboration and peer accountability;
each member will then have a few minutes to discuss a task to be completed by the next meeting;
And closing remarks by facilitator.
