Working with Joe Maddalone in one on ones, as well as my 8 person PSFS group, has been life changing. My goal for my business has been growth, and though we have been very successful at it, there have been questions, bumps and hurdles. Being able to discuss my goals and concerns with Joe has enabled me to develop a plan, which allows me to focus on both long and short term objectives. The plan is malleable, since pivoting is sometimes important. Most importantly, he encourages me to base the plan on what I want, and not just on what I think will occur.
Since I started with Joe and PSFS, only about 6 months ago, with Joe’s encouragement and guidance, I have implemented a new marketing plan that has brought us a huge uptick in leads. I have successfully brought on new hires who are working very well, which is a huge improvement over the past and which has eliminated a significant amount of stress. I have taken a much deeper dive into our accounting. This was crucial, as our books needed to be cleaned up and that clean up has enabled us to have better defined projections for the future. Instead of reacting, I now understand how to develop a well thought out plan, and I am executing on it. I am successfully working ON the business, not just FOR the business, and I am truly excited for the future.
